Barney M. Davis Power Station Seeks Incidental Take Permit for Sea Turtle Protection

The US Fish and Wildlife Service is considering a permit application from Barney M. Davis L.P. to minimize the impact of sea turtles on their cooling water intake structure at the Barney M. Davis Power Station in Corpus Christi, Texas, for a period of 10 years.
