US Customs and Border Protection Delays Transition to Automated Commercial Environment for Foreign Trade Zone Applications

US Customs and Border Protection has delayed the transition of its electronic Foreign Trade Zone admission application process from the Automated Commercial System to the Automated Commercial Environment, pushing the new deadline to December 9, 2017 from September 16, 2017.
