U.S. Coast Guard Waives Navigation Laws to Aid Hurricane Relief Efforts

The U.S. Coast Guard has temporarily waived compliance with navigation laws to facilitate the passage of vessels carrying aid to areas affected by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma
