NASDAQ PHLX LLC Seeks Approval for Rule Change to Align with Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) Rule

NASDAQ PHLX LLC has submitted a proposed rule change to amend Rule 1027, Discretionary Accounts, to conform more closely to a comparable rule at the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) and make minor corrections and clarifications, as approved by the relevant self-regulatory organizations.
