FAA Amends Class E Airspace at Brainerd Lakes Regional Airport in Minnesota
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has amended Class E airspace at Brainerd Lakes Regional Airport (KBRD) in Minnesota, modifying the airspace to 700 feet above the surface due to the decommissioning of the Brainerd VOR and VORTAC, and updating the airport's geographic coordinates and name. The change also updates the airspace's legal description to reflect the airport's new name and replaces the term 'Airport/Facility Directory' with 'Chart Supplement'.
