EPA Proposes Approval of Georgia State Implementation Plan Changes to Reduce Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve changes to the Georgia State Implementation Plan (SIP) to update the emission reduction credits regulation, following a submission by the State of Georgia on September 15, 2008, as required by the Clean Air Act.
