Enhancement of Survival Permit Application; Draft Candidate Conservation Agreement With Assurances for the Greater Sage-Grouse and Four Grassland Songbirds in Montana; Draft Environmental Assessment

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is seeking public comment on a permit application from The Nature Conservancy for the take of five species in Montana under the Endangered Species Act, as part of a candidate conservation agreement with assurances for the Greater Sage-Grouse and four grassland songbirds. The agency has prepared a draft environmental assessment to analyze the potential impacts of the permit and the proposed agreement.
