Coast Guard Proposes Special Local Regulation for Gulf of Mexico During High Speed Boat Race

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing a special local regulation for the Gulf of Mexico near Englewood, Florida, during the OPA World Championships High Speed Boat Race in November to ensure public safety. The regulation will restrict access to three areas: a race zone, a spectator zone, and an enforcement zone.
