EPA Approves Delaware State Implementation Plan for 2008 Ozone Standard

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a portion of Delaware's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision, addressing the interstate transport of air pollution that affects downwind states' ability to meet the national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) for the 2008 ozone standard.
