BOEM Announces Record of Decision for Cape Wind Energy Project

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management has chosen the Proposed Action Alternative, affirming the issuance of the existing lease for the Cape Wind Energy Project, following a remand order from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in 2016.
