EPA Finalizes Significant New Use Rule for Bimodal Mixture of Carbon Nanotubes

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a rule requiring companies to notify the agency at least 90 days before manufacturing or processing a specific chemical substance, a bimodal mixture of multi-walled carbon nanotubes and other carbon nanotubes, to use it for a designated significant new use.
