EPA Approves Nebraska Air Quality Implementation Plan with New Chapter on Visibility Protection

The Environmental Protection Agency has approved Nebraska's revised State Implementation Plan, which includes a new chapter on visibility protection, allowing the state to implement federal regulations on Regional Haze and Best Available Retrofit Technology, in compliance with the Clean Air Act.
