U.S. Department of Education Announces Waivers Granted Under Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965

The U.S. Department of Education has granted over 800 waivers of statutory or regulatory requirements to State educational agencies between 2011 and 2016, and this notice fulfills its obligation to publicize these waiver decisions, specifically those granted in 2011.
