EPA Exempts Tall Oil Fatty Acids from Tolerance Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted exemptions from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of tall oil fatty acids in certain pesticide formulations, following a petition from Spring Trading Company on behalf of Ingevity Corporation under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
