EPA Approves Missouri Air Quality Plan to Address Conflict of Interest Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved elements of Missouri's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision to address conflicts of interest related to the 2012 Annual Fine Particulate Matter (PM2.5) National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) as required by the Clean Air Act (CAA).
