New York Power Authority Sues PJM Interconnection Over Compliance Issues

The New York Power Authority has filed a complaint against PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. and PJM Transmission Owners in Their Collective Capacity, alleging that they have failed to comply with a previously agreed-upon schedule. The complaint was filed as a notice of complaint, as required by law.
