FMCSA Grants Exemptions to Four Commercial Drivers with Epilepsy

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has decided to exempt four individuals with epilepsy from the federal regulation requiring drivers to have no history of epilepsy or seizures, allowing them to continue operating commercial vehicles in interstate commerce.
