Air Plan Approval; AL; VOC Definitions and Particulate Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is finalizing changes to Alabama's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to redefine volatile organic compounds (VOCs), correct a typographical error, and remove particulate emissions and opacity limits for Talladega County, as submitted by the State of Alabama through the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) on May 19, 2017, in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA or Act).
