EPA Proposes Approval of Florida's Emissions Monitoring Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a portion of Florida's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision, which aims to revise the state's requirements and procedures for emissions monitoring at stationary sources, in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
