US Department of Education Temporarily Waives Eligibility Requirements for Foreign Institutions Affected by Natural Disasters

The US Secretary of Education has temporarily suspended certain regulations to help foreign institutions affected by Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Maria qualify as eligible institutions of higher education under the Higher Education Act of 1965.
