USPS Revises Mailing Standards to Include New Address Quality Census Measurement and Assessment Process

The United States Postal Service is introducing a new method for evaluating address quality, which will be applied to eligible First-Class Mail and USPS Marketing Mail submissions, and is also expanding its no-fee Address Correction Service to qualifying mailers.
