EPA Proposes to Delist Hazardous Waste from Blanchard Refining Company's Galveston Bay Refinery

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to grant a petition submitted by Blanchard Refining Company LLC to exclude the residual solids generated from the reclamation of oil-bearing hazardous secondary materials from the lists of hazardous wastes, following an evaluation using the Delisting Risk Assessment Software (DRAS) Version 3.0.35.
