EPA Withdraws Iowa State Implementation Plan Due to Adverse Comments

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn its direct final rule for Iowa's State Implementation Plan, the 111(d) Plan, and the Operating Permits Program, following adverse comments received, which included administrative changes, corrections to technical errors, and updates to ensure consistency with federally-approved rules.
