Congressional Nullification of the Stream Protection Rule Under the Congressional Review Act

The Congressional Review Act has effectively repealed the Stream Protection Rule, reverting the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement to the original regulations prior to the rule's implementation, effective immediately.
