Bureau of Land Management Announces Availability of Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Ray Land Exchange/Plan Amendment

The Bureau of Land Management has released a draft environmental impact statement for the Ray Land Exchange/Plan Amendment, following the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, and is now accepting public comments on the document.
