US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Cold-Drawn Mechanical Tubing from Switzerland Sold at Less Than Fair Value
The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that certain cold-drawn mechanical tubing from Switzerland is being sold in the US at less than its fair market value, and has postponed its final determination and extended provisional measures.
