EPA Approves New York's Revised Air Quality Implementation Plan Under CSAPR

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is conditionally approving a revision to New York's State Implementation Plan (SIP) that addresses requirements of the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR). The approval is contingent on New York's completion of further rule revisions by December 29, 2017, after which the conditional approval will be converted to a full approval.
