EPA Proposes Approval of Massachusetts Logan Airport Parking Freeze Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a plan revision submitted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which aims to increase commercial parking spaces at Logan Airport, reducing carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxide emissions by decreasing vehicle miles traveled.
