US Department of Commerce Extends Antidumping Duties on Seamless Carbon and Alloy Pipe from Germany

The US Department of Commerce has determined that revoking the antidumping duty order on seamless pipe from Germany would likely lead to continued dumping, following the results of its expedited fourth sunset review
