EPA Withdraws Ozone Standard Rule for Virginia Due to Adverse Comments

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing its October 16, 2017 rule approving Virginia's state implementation plan revision to incorporate the federal ozone standard, following receipt of adverse comments, and will address them in a subsequent final action.
