FMCSA Denies Exemption Applications from 81 Individuals with Diabetes

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has denied exemption applications from 81 individuals with insulin-treated diabetes mellitus who sought to operate a commercial motor vehicle in interstate commerce, as per the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs).
