EPA Approves New York's Plan to Reduce Ozone Pollution from Industrial Cleaning Solvents

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has conditionally approved a State Implementation Plan submitted by the State of New York to implement Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) for the 2008 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard, related to controlling volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from industrial cleaning solvents.
