FMCSA Exempts Five Individuals with Epilepsy from Epilepsy Rule

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has granted exemptions to five individuals with epilepsy to operate commercial vehicles in interstate commerce, despite having a history of seizures and taking anti-seizure medication.
