U.S. Terminates Temporary Protected Status for Nicaragua

The U.S. government has decided to end Nicaragua's Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation, which was set to expire on January 5, 2018, and will now officially end on January 5, 2019, allowing Nicaraguan nationals to re-register for TPS to maintain their status.
