TCG BDC, Inc. Proposes Merger with Blackstone Group Inc. Subsidiary

TCG BDC, Inc. and its affiliates have filed a notice with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding a proposed merger with a subsidiary of Blackstone Group Inc. (BX), a global investment firm. The proposed transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2024.
