DoD Issues Final Rule on Trade Agreements Thresholds for Defense Procurement

The US Department of Defense is updating its Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to reflect revised thresholds for applying trade agreements, as determined by the US Trade Representative, in defense procurement contracts.
