Commodity Credit Corporation and Farm Service Agency Request Comments on Information Collection for Payments to Deceased or Incompetent Producers

The Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) and the Farm Service Agency (FSA) are seeking public input on a revision and extension of an information collection process used to determine payments to producers' representatives or survivors in cases where a producer dies, disappears, or is declared incompetent.
