Exelon Generation Company, LLC Receives Exemptions from U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission for Emergency Planning Requirements at Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted exemptions to Exelon Generation Company, LLC, allowing the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station to reduce its emergency planning requirements due to lower risks of accidents at the decommissioning reactor.
