Exelon Generation Company, LLC Receives NRC Exemptions for Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Decommissioning

The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission has granted exemptions to Exelon Generation Company, LLC, allowing for the use of the Oyster Creek Decommissioning Trust Fund for decommissioning activities without prior NRC notification, effective from March 22, 2018.
