DOD, GSA, and NASA Propose Changes to Federal Acquisition Regulation for Task Orders Issued via Fax or Electronic Commerce

The Department of Defense (DOD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing to update a Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clause to allow task or delivery orders to be issued via fax or electronic commerce, and to clarify when an order is considered officially issued in these cases.
