DOD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule for Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System

The Department of Defense (DOD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are updating the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to replace the Past Performance Information Retrieval System with the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System, a new system for tracking contractor performance.
