General Services Administration Publishes System of Records Notice for e-Rulemaking Program

The General Services Administration is publishing a system of records notice for the e-Rulemaking Program, which includes Regulations.gov and the Federal Docket Management System, effective October 1, 2019. The new system will manage regulations.gov and partner agency access to FDMS.
