U.S. Trade Representative Sets Dollar Procurement Thresholds for Trade Agreements Act of 1979
The U.S. Trade Representative has established dollar thresholds for U.S. companies to implement certain trade agreement obligations, effective January 1, 2020, for the years 2020 and 2021.
