Innovative Foundry Technologies LLC Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Patent Infringement

Innovative Foundry Technologies LLC has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain semiconductor devices, integrated circuits, and consumer products infringe on several U.S. patents. The complaint was filed on February 15, 2019, and supplemented with additional letters on March 1, 3, and 13, 2019.
