US International Trade Commission Investigates LED Package and Lighting Patent Infringement

Current Lighting Solutions, General Electric, and GE Lighting have filed a complaint with the US International Trade Commission alleging that certain LED packages and lighting products infringe on two patents, prompting an investigation and potential exclusion orders and cease and desist actions.
