US International Trade Commission Clears Feit, Lowe's, and Satco of Section 337 Violations, Imposes Exclusion Order on MSi Lighting

The US International Trade Commission has ruled that Feit Electric Company, Inc., Lowe's Companies, Inc., and Satco Products, Inc. have not infringed on Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, but has imposed a limited exclusion order and cease and desist order on MSi Lighting, Inc. due to its default in responding to the investigation.
