U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Certain Convertible Sofas and Components

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review its final initial determination, which found no violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, and has therefore terminated the investigation into convertible sofas and their components.
