U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Subsea Telecommunication Systems

The U.S. International Trade Commission has found no violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in its investigation into certain subsea telecommunication systems and components, and has therefore terminated the investigation in its entirety.
