U.S. International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Section 337, Issues Remedial Orders Against 10X Genomics, Inc.

The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined that 10X Genomics, Inc. has violated section 337, and has issued a limited exclusion order and cease and desist order against the company, allowing researchers to continue using infringing microfluidic devices in ongoing research projects.
