USPTO Proposes Adjustment to Trademark Fees

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is proposing to adjust certain trademark fees to recover future costs and ensure financial sustainability, in line with the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act and the Study of Underrepresented Classes Chasing Engineering and Science Success Act of 2018 (SUCCESS Act).
